Workspace Accelerator
Six Week Program

For teams new to notion, or new to working anywhere beyond google drive.
One live workshop a week, and we are on WhatsApp in between. We start by mapping how you actually work today, then build the things every team has to get right first. Tasks. Projects. Documents. The weekly meeting. The final week is refinement, once your team has used it for real.
You end with a workspace your team runs on their own, and a culture of meetings, projects and documentation that holds when you are busy.
There is a lot Notion can do, and almost none of it matters until your team is comfortable with meetings, projects and documents. So that is all we do in six weeks. The ambitious builds come after, and they land much better on top of good habits.

We design the culture with you to the same depth we bring to our community work, then build the parts that are unique to your business. Client management, content hubs, internal taste books, this is where the complete creative potential of Notion is unleashed.
This is also where we build your team’s second brain, for compounding knowledge and a structure your own AI can be trained to navigate, so it stays aligned with your team’s culture.
We maintain all of it, and we are available to your teams as they adopt it.
Six months is the shortest honest version of this work. Long enough to build it, live with it, and fix what the first busy month exposes.
